Overview

Vermirit is an experimental art collective that works primarily with motion, light, and installation. Their old site was a static grid of thumbnails—completely at odds with the dynamic, immersive nature of their work.

What We Did

We designed a site that is the experience. Intentional blur, layered compositions, elements that shift and recede. We built a custom cursor that leaves trails as you move, turning navigation into a participatory act.

Each project page loads with animated reveals that mirror the installation process. Content appears in fragments—text overlaying image overlaying video—forcing viewers to slow down and engage rather than quickly scroll past.
